Parent Projects™ grew out of three challenges we saw downsizing families face, especially when loved ones live far apart:

1. Emotions – Family communication often gets tangled in changing emotions and assumptions, which can lead to conflict, delays, and extra costs. We use technology to bring visibility, keep everyone connected, and preserve dignity in decision-making.

2. Where to start – Many families feel so overwhelmed they delay action until it’s too late. We help break big challenges into a clear, step-by-step plan with the right expertise at the right time.

3. Building a village – Most families need more than their own time and skills. We make it easy to find and work with verified, age-friendly businesses that are committed to serving seniors without high-pressure sales.

Family caregiving touches millions of Americans every day. Right now, more than 17.7 million family caregivers are supporting one or more of the 48 million adults aged 65+ who need help with daily living. That number is expected to nearly double to 90 million within 7 years, creating a “Silver Tsunami” that will overwhelm already strained systems like Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and the VA.

While government and non-profits play an important role, they cannot meet every need. Many families are left without guidance, vulnerable to mistakes, fraud, or burnout. Parent Projects™ fills that gap with trusted local businesses, proven processes, and tools that help families act with confidence.

Parent Projects™ is a digital enablement platform that guides you through the process, connects you to vetted Guild™ providers, and gives you access to community spaces, learning events, and planning tools through Parent Projects Connect™.

We are developing AI tools that help families get faster answers, organize projects, and find the right resources, while keeping humans at the center of the process. Our approach to AI is built around transparency, safety, and empathy. AI will never make decisions for you—it will make it easier for you, your family, and your trusted providers to make decisions together.

We want every family, no matter where they live, to have access to the same kind of guidance, tools, and trusted providers. Our goal is that no one will have to navigate the care of an aging parent alone.

We are expanding our Guild™ network, adding new vetted providers, and building tools and community resources through Parent Projects Connect™ to help families plan ahead instead of reacting in crisis. This includes new ways for providers and families to work together in a human-centered AI environment, where technology supports decision-making without replacing the empathy and personal touch that caregiving requires.
